The Apollo Beach Girl's Day Guide
Sometimes the best days start with no rush, good company, and a destination that feels like a hidden gem. Beka and Rose recently took a girls’ day to Apollo Beach, and what was meant to be a simple reset turned into one of those days that fills your cup in all the right ways! Apollo Beach gave us the perfect mix of fun, relaxation, and inspiration. We left feeling recharged, connected, and even more in love with supporting local.
So if you’re planning your own girls’ day, solo self-care outing, or just looking for a reason to explore somewhere new, consider this your go-to guide. Here’s everywhere we stopped, what we loved, and why these small businesses deserve a spot on your must-visit list. 🌊✨
First Stop, American Honey Creamery

Every great girls’ day needs a caffeine kick, and American Honey Creamery was the perfect place to start. The space is warm, inviting, and full of that small-town charm we love—exactly the kind of spot that makes you want to linger a little longer.
Rose went with an iced caramel macchiato—smooth, sweet, and the perfect balance of bold espresso and creamy caramel. Beka opted for the Bull’s Eye Energy Drink, a bright, energizing drink that packed just the right punch to fuel the rest of our day.
With drinks in hand and spirits already high, we were officially caffeinated and ready to explore everything Apollo Beach had to offer.
Second Stop, Manatee Viewing Center

Our next stop brought us a little closer to nature—and honestly, it might’ve been one of the most magical moments of the day. The Manatee Viewing Center is one of those Apollo Beach gems that reminds you to slow down and just look.
We were lucky enough to spot gentle manatees gliding through the water, massive tarpon cruising below the surface, and even sleek blacktip sharks making an appearance. Seeing so many incredible creatures in their natural environment felt surreal and grounding all at once.
It was peaceful, awe-inspiring, and the perfect balance to our caffeinated start!
Third Stop, Circles For Lunch

By lunchtime, we were more than ready to sit, snack, and soak in the waterfront views—and Circles Waterfront Café delivered on all fronts. With breezy vibes and a menu full of comforting favorites, it was the perfect place to slow down and refuel.
We shared the spinach dip and the Crack Is Whack shrimp, both of which were gluten-free—a huge win since Rose is celiac and always on the lookout for safe (and delicious) options when dining out. Beka went with a cozy bowl of chowder, which was rich, comforting, and exactly what you want with a view of the water.
To top it all off, we sipped on virgin banana and strawberry daiquiris—sweet, refreshing, and basically sunshine in a glass. (and they were HUGE!) It felt like a mini vacation right in the middle of our girls’ day.
Fourth Stop, The Healthy Spot

After lunch, we popped into The Healthy Spot—and instantly felt at home. This family-owned gem offers loaded teas, protein smoothies, and a wide variety of health-focused drinks, plus little sweet treats that feel indulgent without the guilt.
The atmosphere was intimate and welcoming, the kind of place where you can tell love goes into every detail. It wasn’t just about grabbing a drink—it was about supporting a local business that truly cares about its community.
If you’re looking for something refreshing, nourishing, and made with heart, The Healthy Spot is absolutely worth a stop on your Apollo Beach itinerary
Last Stop, The Teal Turtle Boutique!

We couldn’t end our Apollo Beach girls’ day anywhere else but our very own Teal Turtle Boutique. After a day filled with sunshine, good food, and supporting other amazing small businesses, coming back to Teal Turtle felt like coming home.
Walking through the boutique together, surrounded by pieces we’ve carefully chosen for our community, was a reminder of why we do what we do. Teal Turtle isn’t just a shop—it’s a space built on connection, creativity, and love for supporting women-owned and local businesses.
It was the perfect full-circle moment to wrap up a day that celebrated friendship, community, and all the special places that make Apollo Beach so magical. ✨💙
