Wonderful experience on finding a replacement whisper earring. I called the shop and they had the earring and they sent me a picture to confirm the pearls were similar size. Great customer service. Ordering online was simple and shipment was done the same day. Also received a thank you gift. I wish I was closer to visit the shop in person. 5 stars for sure
